Infinity Loops Review: Bitcoin adcredit Ponzi cycler
Infinity Loops provides no information on their website about who owns or runs the company.
The Infinity Loops website domain (“theinfinityloops.com”) was privately registered on November 2nd, 2018.
A marketing video on the Infinity Loops website is hosted on a YouTube channel bearing the name “Johnny Krypto”.
Other videos on the channel suggest the channel is owned by Johnny Ganoza.
Under the alias “Johnny Gan”, Ganoza (right) is also an admin of the official Infinity Loops Facebook group.
Like the original, Xtreme Pro System 2.0 collapsed a few months after launch.
Read on for a full review of the Infinity Loops MLM opportunity.
Infinity Loops Products
Infinity Loops has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Infinity Loops affiliate membership itself.
Once signed up, Infinity Loops affiliates can purchase matrix cycler positions.
Bundled with each cycler position are ad credits, which can be used to display advertising to other Infinity Loops affiliates.
The Infinity Loops Compensation Plan
Infinity Loops affiliates purchase $25 positions in a seven-tier 2×2 matrix cycler.
A 2×2 matrix places an Infinity Loops affiliate at the top of a cycler, with two positions directly under them:
These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Positions in the matrix are filled by position purchases by newly recruited and existing Infinity Loops affiliates.
Once all six positions in a matrix are filled, a “cycle” is triggered and a commission paid out.
Commissions paid out across Infinity Loops’ seven-tier cycler are as follows:
- Matrix 1 (positions cost $25) – $50 cycle commission and generates a new Matrix 1 position
- Matrix 2 (positions cost $50) – $100 cycle commission and generates a new Matrix 2 position
- Matrix 3 (positions cost $100) – $200 cycle commission and generates a new Matrix 3 position
- Matrix 4 (positions cost $200) – $400 cycle commission and generates a new Matrix 4 position
- Matrix 5 (positions cost $400) – $800 cycle commission and generates a new Matrix 5 position
- Matrix 6 (positions cost $800) – $1600 cycle commission and generates a new Matrix 6 position
- Matrix 7 (positions cost $1000) – $2000 cycle commission and generates a new Matrix 7 position
Joining Infinity Loops
Infinity Loops affiliate membership is $5 plus at least one $25 cycler position purchase.
Higher tier cycler positions cost between $50 to $1000.
Note that although the Infinity Loops compensation plan is in USD, Infinity Loops affiliates are paid in bitcoin.
Infinity Loops is a 200% ROI cycler Ponzi masquerading as a crowdfunding platform.
What is Infinity Loops?
Infinity Loops is a crowdfunding platform where you can raise money for you or any even or business.
What can we raise money for?
Anyone or anything. You, your family, friends, business venture, medical bills, car note, mortage [sic].
In legitimate crowdfunding, funds are raised from the public for a publicly disclosed cause.
In Infinity Loops, affiliates invest $x and once enough new investments have been made, receive a 200% ROI.
The ROI is paid out of subsequently invested funds, making Infinity Loops a Ponzi scheme.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dies off so too will new investment.
This will starve Infinity Loops of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
Being a cycler Ponzi variant, Infinity Loops will pretty quickly get bogged down by “recycle” positions. These are the positions created at the same matrix tier once a cycle commission is paid out.
If one were to dissect the Infinity Loops backoffice, you’d find a bunch of preloaded admin positions for Johnny Ganoza and friends.
These positions receive initial ROI payments and then continue to suck money out of the system through additional cycling.
Through these positions Ganoza and the other Infinity Loops admins maximize their ROI theft.
There’s a good chance that by the time you join as a schmuck investor, any Infinity Loops tier you invest in will have already collapsed or be well on its way to.
