BTChamp2 Review: BTChamp gifting scam rebooted

BTChamp2 appears to be a reboot of BTChamp, launched earlier this year in January.

BTChamp2 is linked directly from the BTChamp website through the referral ID: “BTCHAMP ADMIN”.

The original BTChamp was a six-tier gifting scheme run by Kasa Navakantha Rao (right).

Alexa statistics for the BTChamp website suggest the scheme went into decline around May.

With constant recruitment crucial required to sustain a gifting scheme, the decline of BTChamp has likely prompted the launch of BTChamp2.

BTChamp2 Products

BTChamp2 has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market BTChamp2 affiliate membership itself.

The BTChamp2 Compensation Plan

BTChamp2 affiliates gift bitcoin to each other via a 2×5 matrix.

A 2×5 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:

These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Levels three to five of the matrix are generated in the same manner, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

A BTChamp2 affiliate signs up and gifts 0.002 BTC to the affiliate who recruited them.

This payment in turn qualifies the affiliate to receive 0.002 BTC gifting payments from two affiliates recruited into the first level of their matrix.

Levels two to five of the matrix operate in the same manner, with each level requiring a gifting payment be made prior to receiving payments as follows:

  • level 1 – gift 0.002 BTC and receive 0.002 BTC from two affiliates
  • level 2 – gift 0.003 BTC and receive 0.003 BTC from four affiliates
  • level 3 – gift 0.01 BTC and receive 0.01 BTC from eight affiliates
  • level 4 – gift 0.065 BTC and receive 0.065 BTC from sixteen affiliates
  • level 5 – gift 0.8 BTC and receive 0.8 BTC from thirty-two affiliates

Joining BTChamp2

BTChamp2 affiliate membership is tied to a 0.002 BTC gifting payment.

Full participation in the BTChamp2 income opportunity costs 0.88 BTC.

Through pre-loaded positions, the admin of a matrix-based gifting scheme walks away with the majority of funds deposited.

Having likely made a pretty packet in BTChamp, Kasa Navakantha Rao is again hoping to fleece the same people.

The original BTChamp saw gifting payments on a recurring 180 day schedule. From January that puts us roughly in July, with it unlikely that any BTChamp affiliates who got in early have made a recurring payment.

Get in, steal as much as you can and get out. That’s the long and short of most MLM underbelly schemes.

Reload scams are never as popular as their predecessors. This is primarily due to the fact that they’re preloaded with desperate affiliates who lost money the first time around.

The recruitment of new victims they’re promised never materializes in the amount required to make them whole, resulting in existing members and the few new affiliates who do join losing money.

All donations you willingly and directly send to a fellow participant are final. No Refunds.

Once again Rao’s preloaded positions collect most of the deposited funds, with a few initial signups carried over from BTChamp making off with what’s left.
